Hosted at the Prestigious Prestonwood Country Club, a stunning venue known for its timeless elegance and breathtaking atmosphere, this year’s celebration promises an unforgettable evening in the perfect setting.
Our 2026 theme, “Elevated Floral & Gardens,” will transform the space into a lush world of blooming beauty, complete with garden-inspired cocktails, immersive floral décor, and a vibrant ambiance ideal for elevated dancing, lively entertainment, and unforgettable memories.
This year, we are honored to raise funds for two incredible partners: the American Cancer Society and the Melanoma Research Foundation.

The Black & White Ball, hosted by the Reese Ward Foundation, was an elegant evening of dancing, fine dress, and celebration held on March 1, 2025, at Prestonwood Country Club. The event — benefiting St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Melanoma Research Foundation — brought together generous supporters for a night of purpose and philanthropy in a sophisticated setting, successfully raising $418,000 for the two charities.
In March 2024, we hosted our first-ever fundraiser, Hoops for Hope, in downtown Raleigh during March Madness. More than 200 guests came out to cheer on their favorite teams, support the Melanoma Research Foundation, and witness the official announcement of the Reese Ward Foundation. The event featured exciting silent auction items, prizes, and giveaways—creating an energetic and meaningful night for all who attended. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, Hoops for Hope raised $89,000 for the Melanoma Research Foundation.
